Make sure you have selected, paid for, and added the eSIM plan in your device settings, that you’re currently within the coverage area of your selected plan, and that you’ve switched to the correct eSIM profile and enabled roaming in your device settings. If your eSIM doesn’t automatically connect to the mobile network within five minutes, you can connect manually. Go to your device settings, select your eSIM from the list of SIM cards, disable automatic network selection, wait a couple of minutes, and then manually choose an available network.
If you need help connecting an eSIM purchased from us, please contact the eSIM.World support team via our mobile app or the live chat on our website.
