Why can’t my eSIM connect to a network, and what should I do?
Make sure you have selected, paid for, and added the eSIM plan in your device settings, that you’re currently within the coverage area of your selected plan, and that you’ve switched to the correct eSIM profile and enabled roaming in your device settings. If your eSIM doesn’t automatically connect to the mobile network within five minutes, you can connect manually. Go to your device settings, select your eSIM from the list of SIM cards, disable automatic network selection, wait a couple of minutes, and then manually choose an available network. If you need help connecting an eSIM purchased from us, please contact the eSIM.World support team via our mobile app or the live chat on our website.

I’m a freelancer, and it doesn’t matter where I am as long as I have stable internet. This year, I’ve been traveling across Europe. To stay connected in any country, I choose the eSIM.World eSIM marketplace. It’s the most budget-friendly and, to my surprise, the best option.

I used eSIM.World to activate an eSIM on my tablet. Everything was very convenient—clear step-by-step instructions made setup a breeze. Literally just a few clicks, and it was done! It didn’t take much time either. Best of all, no need to visit a store, fiddle with settings, or pay extra fees to a manager.
