What to do with your eSIM if your phone breaks and needs repair?
In this case, it’s recommended to delete your eSIM profile. You can do this in the device settings. The same applies if you plan to give the device to someone else or sell it. If you experience difficulties, contact the device manufacturer’s support service or the mobile operator from whom you purchased the eSIM.
